2016 Fire Academy
Classes will be held Tuesday & Thursday nights from 6pm - 10pm and Saturdays from 8am - completion. Orientation and gear issue will be Monday, September 26th @ 6:00 PM at Station 97 located at 19727 Marine Drive, Stanwood, WA 98292. The first day of class will be September 27th, 2016 and conclude on November 26th. The cost of the class is $2,000. This includes books, academy shirts, and testing fees. FULL REFUND will be given for any cancellation before September 16th 2016. The fire academy must have at least 15 students and no more than 25. Any application attempts beyond the 25 maximum will automatically be re-routed to a waiting list that will be time stamped and provide priority placement in subsequent academies. This list will also be open year-round on a first come, first served basis. All applicants must be 18 years of age by time of academy start.
