North County Fire & EMS is proud to offer our free one hour ACT First Aid and CPR class. This class covers the three skills most likely to save a life in the first few minutes of an emergency:
Antidote (Narcan) for suspected opiate overdoses.
Hands-Only CPR and AED training for cardiac arrest.
Tourniquet for severe bleeding control.
