North County Fire & EMS is proud to offer our free one-hour ACT First Aid and CPR class. This class covers the three skills most likely to save a life if in the first few minutes of an emergency:
- Antidote (Narcan) for suspected opiate overdoses.
- Hands-Only CPR and AED training for cardiac arrest.
- Tourniquet for severe bleeding control.
Note* This course is for information only and is not a certification level course. North County Fire & EMS does not offer certification CPR or First Aid courses. If you need a certification course for employment purposes, please visit the American Red Cross or contact a private vendor.
This class is intended for adults and teens ages 13+.
