We’re looking for a detail-driven professional to join our administrative team as a Payroll & Accounts Payable Coordinator — with payroll as the primary focus. In this critical role, you’ll ensure that our firefighters and emergency personnel are paid accurately and on time, supporting those who serve our community every day.

If you have experience processing payroll for 75+ employees, understand public sector requirements, and take pride in accuracy and service, we want to hear from you.

🧾 Lead payroll processing for 120–140 employees
👥 Support compliance with state, federal, and collective bargaining regulations
