First Aid and CPR

When a victim suffers a cardiac arrest, every second counts. Hands-only CPR is the provision of chest compressions-only CPR - and it can more than double the chances of survival in witnessed cardiac arrests. By performing chest compressions without mouth-to-mouth breaths, bystanders can keep blood flowing to vital organs until your NCRFA firefighters and paramedics arrive on scene. This method is easy to learn and can make a critical difference in survival rates.
