Thank you for inquiring about North County Fire / EMS's meeting room use. These meeting rooms are available to governmental agencies, non-profit organizations, civic organizations or other approved organizations for educational related activities.

Please note: Fire Department activities, including programs presented by department staff or other organizations affiliated with the fire authority have priority.

Descriptions of Meeting Rooms

Station 97 - Capacity: 56

This meeting room is equipped with tables and chairs. Office equipment such as copiers, printers , and faxes are not available for public use.

Station 90 - Capacity: 50
3992 252nd St NE, Arlington, WA 98223
This meeting room is equipped with one large conference table and chairs. Office equipment such as copiers, printers , and faxes are not available for public use.

• Requirements for use:
  • An "Application for Use of Fire Authority Meeting Rooms" must be completed, submitted and approved prior to the scheduled use. Any organization that submits an application for use also must include proof of bodily injury and property damage insurance with the completed application.
  • Our meeting rooms may not be used for activities involving fund-raising (unless approved in advance by the Fire Chief or his/her designee.
  • Our meeting rooms may not be used for political or religious purposes (unless approved by the fire chief or his/her designee) or purposes contrary to state or federal laws

• Meeting Room Reservations:
  • An Application for Use of Meeting Rooms must be obtained by contacting our Administration Office at 360-629-2184 or downloading the meeting room application to the right.
